Assignment: Analyze Clip of Shallow Grave
As an otherwise uneducated viewer, this clip makes me think that the director desires forthe audience to know that this film is going to be something out of the ordinary. From the beginning credits, which slide from right to left, to the strange and obscure camera angles used throughout the opening scene you can tell the director wantsthe audience to feel like they are being thrown into the mind of the apparently drug-induced main character.
