Hate, lie, and vote this is the way a rational voter thinks. Rational voters are ones who seek to maximize personal benefits and minimize costs. Then you have your loyal voter. A loyal voter is someone who votes every time and is there for every election, no matter what it's for. People who are loyal voters are usually old, wealthy, educated, and/or white. It takes a certain type of person to run for office or participate in the election campaign in someway. The following percentages are of the people who participate in politics:
